NewCourtland, a forward-thinking non-profit organization serving low-income seniors in Philadelphia, is seeking a high-energy Marketing Outreach Manager to join our team.
The Marketing Outreach Manager will develop relationships with professional referral sources and potential leads, family members, or caregivers through meetings, phone calls, and scheduled events to achieve census-related goals for the network.
The Marketing Outreach Specialist should possess strong organization and interpersonal skills, able to work independently within a team structure, able to implement marketing outreach plans and functions, and be able to identify and capture potential leads.
Five (5) years experience in sales, community outreach, or marketing required. Background in nonprofit, long-term care, or healthcare preferred. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

Geriatric Family Physician
The Department of Geriatrics, Comprehensive Care, within the Specialty Care Center at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine is expanding their delivery system and is looking for a physician to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be able to perform their duties with a high level of autonomy, as they will be required to shift between patient visits on campus as well as nursing homes, hospital and other clinical sites as needed. In addition to direct patient care, the selected candidate will on occasion, have the opportunity to participate in teaching PCOM medical students.
Qualified individuals will possess an active DO (preferred) or MD license in the state of Pennsylvania, and be able to practice without restriction. Preference given to candidates who are board-certified in geriatrics and/or palliative care, although internists or primary care physicians with experience caring for the geriatric population will also be considered. Previous experience with EMR is required.
